Founded with compassion and built on a mission to serve, Trust Home Care is a Lucknow-based patient care agency dedicated to providing trusted, professional, and heartfelt support to the elderly, patients, and those in need.
Our journey began in 2018/19, when our founder, Shalim Khan, returned to his hometown with a powerful dream — to bring quality patient care services to the people of Lucknow, especially the underserved.
Hailing from a small village in Sitapur district and having worked in Delhi as a trained GDA (General Duty Assistant), he understood the emotional, physical, and practical challenges that families face when caring for their loved ones.
What started as a one-man mission has today grown into a committed team that has proudly served over 3,000+ patients with compassion, care, and professionalism.
"Care is not a duty, it is devotion."
I am Shalim Khan, the Founder and CEO of Trust Home Care. Born and raised in a small village in the Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh, I come from humble beginnings. Like many, I started with farming and supported my family’s traditional furniture business. But deep within, I carried a dream — a dream to serve people in their time of need.
This dream took me to Delhi, where I worked as a trained GDA (General Duty Assistant) in the field of patient care. It was during this time that I witnessed the real impact of care — how a helping hand and a kind word can change someone’s life.
In 2018, I returned to my city, Lucknow, to establish Trust Home Care. I started with nothing but a mission: To provide compassionate, professional, and affordable care to the elderly, the sick, and the needy.
The beginning was not easy. Many people criticized the nature of the work, and I was often discouraged. But I believed in my purpose. Today, I’m proud to share that our dedicated team has served over 3,000 patients, and in many cases, helped save lives.
As we grow, our mission remains rooted in humanity. We are soon launching a Free Service Program to extend our reach to the poorest sections of society — offering ambulance services, hospital support, doctor consultations, and access to government healthcare schemes, all completely free.
I believe that no one should be left without care just because they cannot afford it. At Trust Home Care, we don’t just provide services — we build trust, relationships, and hope.
Thank you for believing in us.
– Shalim Khan
Founder & CEO, Trust Home Care
My name is Shalim Khan, and I come from a small village in the Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh. It was in this humble setting that I was born, raised, and instilled with the values of hard work, compassion, and service.
I began my early education in a government school in my village, later completing my intermediate studies at Prakash Vidya Mandir Inter College and Calvin Inter College, Mahmoodabad. I pursued my graduation from Molana Azad Institute of Humanity and Science Technology in Mahmoodabad.
My career started with agriculture and my family’s traditional furniture business. However, I always felt a deep calling to serve others — to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Guided by this passion, I moved to Delhi and began working in the field of patient care as a GDA (General Duty Assistant) staff member.
In 2015, I had the opportunity to serve my first patient — and in that moment, I discovered my true purpose.
Motivated by this experience and a strong desire to bring quality care to my own city, I returned to Lucknow. In 2018/19, I founded Trust Home Care, a patient care agency dedicated to providing compassionate and reliable support to those in need.
The early days were full of struggle. Society looked down on my work, labeling it as menial and disgraceful. But I chose to stay committed to my vision.
Today, with the support of my dedicated team, we have served over 3,000 patients and, in many cases, helped save lives. This remains our greatest achievement and the driving force behind everything we do.
For me, caregiving is not just a profession — it is my purpose. My mission is clear: To serve humanity, preserve life, and bring dignity to caregiving.
Now, my team and I are preparing for the future. As the social and economic conditions of our country continue to challenge the underprivileged, we are launching a Free Service Initiative under Trust Home Care. This initiative aims to connect the poor and needy with essential services — including hospital support, ambulance access, doctors, and government welfare schemes — entirely free of cost.
Our vision is simple yet powerful: no person in need should be left behind.
We believe that care is not a job — it is a responsibility, a calling, and a privilege. At Trust Home Care, we are driven by empathy, fueled by humanity, and committed to improving the lives of those we serve.
Whether it's assisting with daily care, providing bedside support, or responding in emergencies — we treat every patient as our own family.
To build a society where no elderly, patient, or needy person is left without support — where care is a right, not a luxury.
Recognizing the increasing needs of our people, we are soon launching a Free Service Program to support the underprivileged. This will include:
Our goal is simple: To reach every doorstep that needs us — with dignity, love, and trust.
If you're looking for a team that treats service as seva (service to humanity), you're in the right place. At Trust Home Care, we don’t just care — we care with trust.
